Yes. Results come from your browser’s cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues), so every option has exactly the same chance.
Can I pick several winners at once?
Yes. Set "How many to pick" and all winners are drawn together, without duplicates.
Can I paste names from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Copy a column from Excel or Google Sheets and paste it; each row becomes one name.
